: reservations required :
all services must be scheduled prior to your arrival and reserved with a credit card or gift certificate. you may choose any combination of services or ask for a consultation. we recommend that you schedule your next visit before you leave the spa to ensure availability. all clients will receive a 24hr confirmation call prior to your scheduled service.
                                                                                                                                   
: cleanliness and your health :
if you are pregnant, or have any medical conditions, concerns or dietary needs, please notify us when scheduling your appointment. we are proud to offer pristine cleanliness in our spa in order to make your visit enjoyable and worry-free.
                                                                                                                                   
: cancellations :
a 24hr minimum notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling an appointment. three or more services require a 72hr notice. services will be charged at 100% of the service price when not cancelled in advance.
                                                                                                                                   
: for your serenity :
for total relaxation to take place, we ask that cell phones are turned off, so that you enjoy the peacefulness throughout the spa.
                                                                                                                                   
: for their safety :
our space is not an appropriate environment for babies and/or children. any one under the age of 18 must have a legal guardian sign for their treatment.
                                                                                                                                   
: day of arrival :
please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes in advance to your scheduled spa service. this will allow you to relax, enjoy a cup of tea, and unwind prior to your services. please present gift certificates and promotions at check in.
                                                                                                                                   
: what to wear :
please feel free to arrive in comfort. a robe and slippers will be provided for those receiving 2 or more services.
                                                                                                                                   
: accepting :
visa, mastercard, discover, and debit cards, along with local checks and cash.
                                                                                                                                   
: gift certificates :
may be purchased on-line or in our spa. they make a great gift for the one you love, for the person who has everything or even just as a thank you. gift certificates are non-refundable, but fully transferable and may not be used with any coupon, special or promotion. gift certificates expire on the expiration date located on the front of gift certificate, but may be extended up to 6 months upon approval.
